What the Pulic Order Management Bill requires of you.

1. You should have the Police’s number on speed dial so you can quickly notify them just incase you want to mention any thing political. Terms like Government, Politics, 2016, Yellow, Term limit, constitution etc wherever you maybe.

2. Incase you forget to notify the Police prior, call them after with a summary of what you discussed. Ask them if they are on Whatsapp and keep them posted with pics of your group which is of course more than two people.

3. If the political gathering was at your home, and the enforcement guys fell on you in action, you should give them food before they arrest you and fire their live bullets.

4.In Every household or group of people, atleast one of you must be in possession of teargas cans and fully loaded guns. Just incase the Order boys forgot to carry theirs. You should help them help you. So contact all arm traffickers on tradelinks if any or wherever for these supplies so you can please these boys. Nothing will stop them arresting you anyway.

5. Install cameras in your homes and record all your public Meetings. You might mention something political which will be of help to the police. You have to be politically righteous remember. The Motto is “For Sevo my Country.

6. Stick to gatherings of two. This doesnt mean you should trigger population growth. Can’t you talk alone anyway? Discuss politics with yourself. It’s not illegal. If you are desperate for audience, collect all kids between 1 and 3 years old from your neighborhood and hold a political rally. Share all your sentiments. Even if the police caught you and charged you of not notifying them, you have so many witnesses who won’t say a thing even if they wait for them to reach 18years to testify in court.

7. Discuss politics on social media. This is where you need to create more political groups of Facebook, whatsapp, skype and hushtags on twitter. Or is that also a public gathering?

8. Remember the abbreviation of the Bill is POMB not BOMB. The later can mean Bad Order Management Bill. Don’t misspell that unless you want to receive conjugal visits in prison. Adventure is good, but you need to think about the things you will miss while in prison like Facebook pokes, twitter followers and the Samsung Galaxy SXV which will be installed in people’s pals in the later years etc.

9. The word Private ceases to existing in your vocabulary unless you are only 2 or less persons involved (-1 and below)
